We provide household employer (nanny) payroll, payroll tax, and document management services in Washington and Oregon state. Household employers aren't limited to nannies; we also file for babysitters, specialty caregivers, tutors or seasonal or temporary care.

Let us know your nanny's hours or you enter your nanny's hours using our online portal.

We process your payroll on the dates of your choosing.

Your nanny gets paid via direct deposit (new!), check, or Paypal.

We file timely quarterly payroll tax reports and remit taxes on your behalf.

At year-end, we issue a W-2 for your nanny and file your W-3 with the government.
We do the numbers -- you enjoy your family.

PAYSTUBS are printable through the site with your username and password (provided to you upon setup).
SICK LEAVE TRACKING PROVIDED and meets the Washington & Oregon State Paid Sick Leave requirements. Sick time is shown on each paystub making it easy for you and your nanny to see sick leave available.
EMPLOYER ACCOUNT SETUP for Washington and Oregon State, ESD, L&I, DSHS and federal EIN setup.
NEW HIRE NOTIFICATIONS
Growing Numbers notifies all appropriate departments of your new hire (DSHS, L&I, and ESD).
TAX FILINGS REMITTED AND PAID all quarterly tax filings (Employment Security Dept, Paid Family Medical Leave, and Labor & Industries (additional fee may apply)) and payments are remitted quarterly to the government. Growing Numbers notifies you when your tax filing is submitted -- no surprise deductions.
PAYROLL RECORDS are retained for your CPA to prepare your federal income tax filing.
ANNUAL W-2 & W-3 prepared and submitted to your nanny and the government. We also prepare and provide your Schedule H for you to file with your federal tax return . We do not file your federal income tax returns, but we do know some great CPAs to refer you -- just ask!
